You are right. In fact, it count only messages you sent, and only the unreaded one !

Maybe. if you install it int the block main menu, I think. But for now, it destroy this header as it's not adapted.

@RonAus yes I am but to sure how accurate it is in relatedness but does generate extra insite links which is usually good for SEO
