Hi i am using joomla 1.5.22 and jomsocial 2.2.1 and i just installed FreichatX5.0.
I downloaded and installed also the module avoiding to install the code manualy.
I have enabled the module however its completly empty.Not talking about not showing online contacts but its not working at all like it doesnt exist. In Internet explorer i get the following page error:

Are you getting this error only in IE or also in other browsers.

Also , the delegate function that the error is talking about is used only in one
file , so if we remove it , it should solve the problem.

If you access your site without the www. then there are no errors.

So my first question would be , which version of freichat are you using

Because the www. (i.e same origin policy ) problem was solved in FreiChatX 5.0 alpha.

Also , i would suggest that you install FreiChatX 5.1 alpha(released 5 minutes ago)
because in this version there are changes for www. which i wanted to check
also few bugs are solved.

But , if it works in your site i will get a solid idea that the www. issue is solved for once and for all.
So , i would await your response when you install FreiChatX 5.1 alpha

the version currently active on the site is the last v4.x(?) which works except for the weird gap at the top of the page which was mentioned in another post. i will apply the latest version and follow up.

and maybe this is a separate question, but why would the www interfere?
