I installed codoforum a few weeks ago. Now, no one is able to create new post or reply. The page is stuck with a loading gif

I'm getting this error: /forum/index?u=/Ajax/topic/create Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
when I inspect in google chrome while creating the new post.

Can someone help me or is the project abandoned already?

Can you check if you get any errors in your browser console ?

Also, in chrome open developer tools -> network tab

After, you click on 'save' button, a request will be made, check the response of that request
for any errors.

same problem ont the forum ( here!) . cannot add a topic ...

The problem was with the htaccess file. I removed the extensions of .php files to make them without extensions when loaded but that didn't work out with codoforum so I had to revert it back.
