Hi, i followed your videos on installation and did exactly what you did but for some reason i am not seeing the chat window on my website. I'm using Jomsocial btw and tried lots of different positions on the website, still nothing.

Can you check your website source (ctrl+u in chrome) and see if you can find the word 'freichat' in it ?

Already did that.. nothing is there... my website is http://israelbuzzz.com

Then, the problem is with the module configuration.

Make sure the position you set is visible in the current template.

Can you try switching to a different template ?

Yes that was the issue.. it worked on a different template.. still dont know why its not working on the template i want though

That means the position you have set is not being used by the template.

In such cases, you can just reinstall freichat but this time instead of selecting module integration go with manual installation and copy paste the code given in your template header file.
