I installed newest version FreiChatX v.4.6.3 on Joomla 1.6.1. It work well on IE8, Firefox, Chrome. But I tested it on IE 7 and no users has been shown. It doesn't show number of online users either. Unfortunately many users still using IE 7.

The earlier versions seemed to work with IE7, i ll have a look at it.

New observation, it doesn't work in CHROME either. Here is screenshot from website in Google Chrome, but same behavior as IE 7:

edit: it doesn't work only on my laptop. It doesn't work in any browser on my laptop. So I presume it's computer related. It work on my desktop machine correctly (IE7,CHROME,FF 4.0). What should I try ? Reinstall Java? Tried reinstalling browsers to newest versions without success. (IE,FF,CHROME)

you are trying to run FreiChatX on a different subdomain than it was installed on.
FreiChatX was installed on www.dr-service.eu, but you are trying to access it from dr-dervice.eu (without www).

you have to make a minor change in the copy-pasted code, you will simply have to add a check whether it is 'www' or without 'www'. and add those changes accordingly in the 'script tag'
