Yesterday, I purchased the corporate version of Freichat, but have not been unable to get it to work on my site after many attempts, plus I cannot get the single sign up to work with my site and codoforum, so I'm just going with a different platform.

How can I get a refund?

Don't worry about the friend or user setup, I just need the friechat installed on my codoforum page...

I have Freichat currently install on my server, but every time I try and place it on my codoforum page, it says that "hardcode.php cannot be found."

my website is www.krazester.com/discuss which is where codoforum is installed.
