i've installed freichat in my website and everything went smoothly(table created,admin settings..).but i can't seem to see any chat box anywhere...i did add the codes in header.php and footer.php (i add the footer code just before the

first make sure if the freichatx code loads.
go to your site and view source to see whether freichatx code is included.

make $debug=true in arg.php file, a file named 'freixlog.log' will be created, check to see if you find any errors.

if you are using chrome, then right click -> inspect element -> and check the error console.
see if you get any errors.

the request is not sending the correct arguments.
is your site using any fancy URLs?
can i take a look at your site?
