Freihat installation problem.

I've installed Freight on my server and confirmed that the correct code is in the header of my index file for my default theme. I can also log into the backend side of Freichat. It doesn't matter what location I select but I cannot get the Freichat component to display on my site.

My configuration is as follows;
PHP Built On Linux boscustweb5006.eigbox.net 3.14.27 #1 SMP Wed Dec 17 21:04:05 EST 2014 x86_64
Database Version 5.5.44-0ubuntu0.12.04.1-log
Database Collation
PHP Version 5.3.29
Web Server Apache/2
WebServer to PHP Interface cgi-fcgi
Joomla! Version Joomla! 3.3.1 Stable [ Ember ] 11-June-2014 13:30 GMT
Joomla! Platform Version Joomla Platform 13.1.0 Stable [ Curiosity ] 24-Apr-2013 00:00 GMT
User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_10_4) AppleWebKit/600.7.12 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/8.0.7 Safari/600.7.12

I'm using the Pixeldot template, but Freichat doesn't appear to work with any of my templates.

When I installed the app I put it into a freichat subdirectory of my main website directory.

Can anyone please help, as I'd really like to get chat working on my site as soon as possible.

This is supposed to be in the Freichat category.. please edit it and move it under that category.

Hi,

Can you check if you can find the word "freichat" in your web source(ctrl+u) ?

I've installed Freight on my server and confirmed that the correct code is in the header of my index file for my default theme

You do not need to add any code to install freichat in Joomla.
Please remove any code that you have added.

Install the Joomla module that you can download at the end of the installation.

Enable the module and assign it to all pages.
Make sure the position you set for the module is visible in the current template.
