How would I make a topic 'sticky.' I see that it's in the code put I have no idea how to use it..

Hi,

While creating/editing a topic, you should see a checkbox at the right side of
select category drop box.

By default only moderators and admins can make a topic sticky.

@adesh Thanks.. umm there doesnt seem to be a check box.. and I am an admin.. Also, have you fixed the error for creating a new topic?

EDIT: I finally updated like it says in the doc.. Why is there the upgrade tool if it doesn't work? @adesh
