"Getting list of online users ....." toujours affiché

Sorry for my English, I am French.

I downloaded Platinum freichat and I have a problem. "Getting list of online users ....." message appears and usernames not displayed. Before publishing this post I tried to reinstall and I followed the advice found on other posts without result.

Could you help me please

Do you get any errors in your browser console ?

Can you provide us with your website address and 2 test accounts ?
