SOLVED !
People, I created the users table all right , but I can not recover the table users,
table >>>> frei_users
columns
id user username password
hardcode.php

$row_username='username';
$row_userid='id';
AND MY PAGE TESTE THE VAR $SES is 1 ,its only a test where the User 1 is already registered in the table, every time the User enters as a guest and not the bank recovers its name, im trying local "localhost" someone help me??????
