i am having problem with FreiChatX-I module...constantly reporting "fetching user data" and the chat box is nowhere it is suppose to be..

did you try installing the latest version 6.2.2? it was released today a few hours back

ok the next step is to open the chrome console,
check for the error reported there regarding FreiChatX.
you can copy-paste the error here and we will tell you what to do next.

What on earth is the chrome console? i am using firefox...

right click on your website(using the chrome browser), click on inspect element, then click on the console tab.
now refresh your page to see all your errors.
