Chat Windows Only Appear In Google Chrome but not IE

I manage to install FreiChatX 5.2.1 with CB on Joomla 1.6.5 in localhost Wampserver.
The chat windows did appear in the browser except only in Google Chrome but not in IE (try on IE7/IE8/IE9)

The CB avatar is also not showing.

The chat has been tested on IE 8 and 9 and there were no issues .

Can you check in your IE debugger in the javascript panel for any errors
