Hi,

I installed FreiChatX 5.2.1 3 days ago.
Since I installed it, I'm facing two problems:

1. FreiChatX doesn't show Jomsocial's Avatar
2. Even the users being online, FreiChatX shows no one online.

Can somebody help me?

the jomsocial avatar problem is fixed in v.6 which is going to be released soon.

Try logging in using two different browsers and see if they appear on each others list.

I connected with 3 different users in 3 different browsers (IE9, Chrome, Firefox).

User 1 (IE9). The chat box didn't appear.
User 2 (Firefox). Only user 3 appeared.
User 3 (Chrome). Only user 2 appeared.

Everything is working perfectly ,

But , looks like IE 9 is giving problems .

Kindly check the IE 9 javascript console
(Tools->Developer tools [Script tab & enable debugging])

Please let me know if you find any errors .

Sometimes, even Chrome and Firefox doesn't show the users on the list.
And IE9 Debug do not show any error.
In fact, today the chat box appears but not every day and not every time.

Well the program doesn't change every day, its the same program!!
Check if the requests are going too slow, using chrome ->wrench->developer tools->network tab. check how long it takes for a request.
You can make the chat public and provide me the website URL, so that i can check for myself!
