Please Address my issue its been two days since i gabe my cpanel details and there are three issues

1. the back end moderation page is not working fine its blank

2.the file sharing is not working properly
sometimes the option does not even appear

3.the chat window is not shown at first instance when user logins

4.the chat not working in mobile

The latest email we received from you was 13 days ago on Jan 22.

Can you send the email again ? Also provide us some test accounts.

We recieved your email and have replied you back.

We tried to do the reinstall without making any specific changes to the files and still the issues persist i have given you the cpanel and two test accounts can you do the correct integration as you have access to the files

Please Point out Specifics, Like which place integrations are not done properly as cpanel and test accounts are provided to you also we tried to do a fresh install without making any changes to files that we got from you people still the problem exists

Kindly guide us with this issue so that the chat can be successfully installed
