Installation not works in step 3

Hello fellas, im trying to install my forum. But i fill all the things and i get error.

What kind of error do you get?

The only possible error I think you will get during the installation is because you have created a username, password and database name in your cpanel but forgot to assign that specific user to the database itself(click on the add button at the bottom of the cpanel database screen).

That's the only possible thing I could think off as my install went well.

Can you check if you get any errors in your PHP error logs ?
