I have fresh installation but this error.

Can you check if the cache directory has the following folder structure inside it.

cache

• css
• js
• smarty
  • templates_c
• HB
  • compiled

If these folders do not exist please create them and give 0777 permissions.

All folders are in position and permission to 0777. What to check next?

The problem may happen if the above folder does not have writable (0777) permissions.

Please try deleting the files in cache/smarty/templates_c

If that still does not work, do a new installation in a different folder.

PS: Before deleting the files, can you send the cache folder to us via email ?
