Hi, this is my first post here

I have installed your great software in my local xampp , I can't use UTF8 Characters in the "category name", when I use a completely Utf8 name like "آزمایش سرفصل" I can see the name and Icon in front page of site but I get this URL:

http://localhost/codoforum/index.php?u=/category/

and when I click it nothing happen,

when I use "test category" as the name of category, everything is ok and I get this URL :

http://localhost/codoforum/index.php?u=/category/test-category

I found similar problem here:

but I don't know How to fix It,

I have tested it using the "How to write a hello world plugin" Article

https://codoforum.com/documentation/how-to-write-a-hello-world-plugin

and used this code:

  dispatch("سلام-دنیا/", function(){

    echo "Hello, World!";

  });

and tried this url:

http://localhost/codoforum/index.php?u=سلام-دنیا/

And it worked without any problem !

We have found the bug.
It happens because only the characters A-Z, a-z and 0-9 are allowed in the function that generates the url friendly title.

We will fix this in our next version.

Another problem, perhaps it is not a problem !

when I try to edit a topic, I can't change the category, so when a user post a topic in a wrong place, how to move it to another category?

We have yet to add the moderation features like move, merge, split etc.
