Medals and designation by activeness and voting

We will first implement voting feature, then reputation system based on posts.
After that medals and designation will be implemented.

Different voting options

We will leave it to be implemented as a plugin.

Post prefix which admin can create and all users can use

The idea is good but it will be implemented after the more important features like
permission system and reputation system has been implemented.
It has been added to the todo list.
