1) is your chat compatible with last jomsocial 2.2 version?
2) which file version i have to download to use with jomsocial?
3) how can i install your chat? Normally using joomla installer or i have to follow the video present in your site?

yes it is compatible with jomsocial 2.2.
you may download the latest version of FreiChatX.

FreiChatX is not a module, it is a separate program which needs to be integrated into your site, so first read the readme.txt file provided in the archive, you may also refer the video(but the video is a bit outdated)

yes you can, if you have installed joomla in the root directory then place the freichat folder in the same location(same location as index.php file of joomla)

There is nothing called upgrade as no data is saved, you simply download the latest version and install it again, as simple as that.
