Can you provide us with two test accounts for your website ?
You can send the details using the Contact us form . Do mention a link to this topic in your mail .

Your hosting is adding some unwanted javascript code at the end of freichat file .

Unwanted code:

<!-- Hosting24 Analytics Code -->
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://stats.hosting24.com/count.php"></script><!-- End Of Analytics Code -->

How is the name of the file?

Thanks for answer my question :D

I fix it, and i having a new problem:
The chat dont sincronize with the avatars..
¿How can i fix it?

Thanks.

Which driver are using in freichat ?
you can check the driver by going to freichat/hardcode.php and search for $driver= line

Also , which version of SMF are you using ?
