FreiChat stopped working on Saturday afternoon on our forum. We have the latest version of Codoforum installed. I have already checked all settings in plugin section of Codoforum and also on FreiChat page and everything seems ok.

I am as-king you to please be a bit patient - I know something like that is not good and you have to deal with the anger of your customers, but such things can happen to every online service wether it is your hosting provider or a website or a service you use. None of the online services are 100% save - it even happend to WhatsApp. I am using Codologics FreiChat for around 10 years now and it is the first time something like this happend - besindes some shorter issues of around a few houres (mostly while updating the script).

I am sure that the Codologic team is already working hard to get things fixed.

@admin and @adesh I think your server is down, maybe it got hacked or you have a energy issue in your country. Do you have no heartbeat monitor or a similar system with a automated fallback server?

Would you be so kind and give us a update please?

Sorry for the downtime. There were some server issues and the certificates were not renewed automatically.
We have fixed it now

Yes, we have monitors plus fallback servers as well.
Unfortunately the server was not down but the certificate itself was expired so the fallback didnt help.
