I think You have to look at the Google Maps API or Google Street View API. There are also a lot of tutorials and documentations about how to integrate and use it for Your website. The bad thing is that Google has started to want money for using the API`s. In the past that services were once free of charge.

I reccomend Postcodezip after searching for some time. They aslo provide details for other countries like France and UK. You can find them here: www.Postcodezip.com they have a single database of all the information you are looking for.
