Im not sure how notification bell sopose to work. I do not see that its working. Even tho i was mentioned on a post (in this forum) i do not see any notifications. I allowed it in a browser.

what is going on with this forum? Died? Spam? No updates on whats going on?

There are two types of notifications, desktop notifications and bell notifications.
Desktop notifications will only appear if your tab(forum) is not focused and also you need to allow it from the browser.
The bell notifications will always appear as long as you are subscribed to the topic.
Are you not seeing any notifications when you click on the bell icon?

not at all. empty bell, and no notifications. even on my own topics

Yes, here so far. Subscription all the way to the right. Nothing. Ill be out of town for a while so i cant check on mine.

I think another user mentioned a similar issue a few month ago but somehow the topic went under and got lost in the sand of time.

What I can tell you is that the problem with the notifications are:

• they get shown all at once at the bottom right side of the desktop but only for a split second.
• There is no chance to have time enough to read em one by one.
• The top bell notifications does mostly work for me, however, this is often overlooked because there is no visual indication that new messages are waiting in the bell panel.

Yes, we had fixed that. I guess it is still happening then.

You are right, the number that used to be displayed there is not working. We will fix that.

for me, even when i click on a bell, nothing. no new notifications. You and WebCrew reply to this topic.
