Codoforum has a file called s.htaccess, you can rename it to .htaccess if you have mod_rewrite enabled.

There are good examples here on how to achieve this with different combinations www and non-www etc,

I did not find the s.htaccess file.
I downloaded the new 4.5 package.
Have I made a mistake?
I will try to change OS. It may not appear on my current system. I will try on MACos or Windows.
