First I just wanted to say thank you for the work that has gone into this application. Nice work!
Second I was curious about the specific differences between the Free and Enterprise versions of FreiChat. We mostly use the Chatroom feature so I spent some time to customize it to fit with the style of our site. How is the Enterprise version "Fully Customizable" beyond my manually editing the CSS files? Also, does Enterprise have a different chat room? It looks like the Free version has an old version provided?

I've downloaded and installed the Freichat components successfully. My issue, is that my sight is using JoomlaMusicSolutions (MusicCollection) and when FreiChat is enabled, the Media Player doesn't work.
I could use some assistance on where to begin to debug this?

I am using PHP 5 and Mysql 3 to run your script . Whole script is working fine, the only thing I want to use the user uploaded avatar's instead of default avatar's . I studied previous forums but unable to achieve. Kindly help me out in this matter.

No errors are displaying in error console and installation time.

I have done all currenctly, and lose 2,3h to figure out why cant i see damn chat on my site :S i have install all correctly, install modul, check position, disable gzip commpress, remove jquery conflicts, on source page i find "freichat" but nothing..no chat on my site :S i hvace acces to admin panel, and see all my users from my forum, and all looks fine, except this part :'(

Install version 8 today and all of a sudden my site menu and certain modules have been thrown out of their original css alignment.

I have corrected the problem by reinstalling the program and rerunning the installation, but to my surprise couple hours later the same issue raises its head again. I reinstall it once more, but if this changes again, i will be removing it and putting back version 7(at least it work some what without destroying my site layout).

I used freichat the old version but when I see the new of freichat 8.1.1, I deleted my old version at public_html and I deleted database too.

After that I upload freichat 8.1.1 and install a new version but when I install, I got error like below.

I installed Freichat to quick. I copied all the files from the freichatzipfile that I download from this site into my rootfolder. So I didn't make a /freichat folder first.

Now I can't do anything anymore. First I tried to install freichat, and that worked well. I thought afterwards I could enter the backend of my site, but instead I always go to the freichat backend.

How can I fix this?

I am planning to use Freichat as a live support feature for my site. As a live support, site users should not be able to talk to each other, but only with site administrator. Is it possible with FreiChat? Even more, site users must see only the site administrator status in the chat window.

Module is started minimized but after some period of time, module is made even more small, showing the offline or online status. How can I start the chat that way instead because this way is more beatiful than the other display when minimized.

i just upgrade to v8.1 and now don't work in IE.(work fine in chrome and firefox) and at the same time have a conflict with other component (zapcalendar). (i active the jquery no conflict but its the same.)

I have installed the last version of Freishat without any problem. Thanks fo this great chat system.

The installation choice was Freishat with CB intégration.

I have installed the corresponding Joomla module, have activated it. Everything is fine.

What happens is that when I close the browser window and jus after come to my site the chat system doesn't come up.

The fact is that I am automatically logged to my site with the CB "remember me" functionality.

In order to have the chat system back I have to disconnnect and reconnect to Joomla CB.

Any idea? Something to do with cookies?

I am going through the General Install with Wordpress. I got to the password and then it says "Failed to connect using the given credentials". Then it goes back to the 3rd step asking me for my Database details.

Hy, i'm using Freichat with joonla 2.5 using a nonstandard webbrowser.
Everything works ok, but olmost everytime i load a new page and the freichat module is reloaded i get about 8 errors that some commands could not be passed or handled by the browser.
I get these errors:

All errors say something about could not load because xxxxxx value null or not defined:

Can these functions be deletes from source somewhere?

I was able to finally install freichat. But I have a serious mistake. I tried to open 4 browser windows and login I made with my joomla. My site and went several times in error with the database, because I reach the maximum limit of database connections.
I opened phpmyadmin to monitor the situation. I found eight instances in sleep mode.
Freichat must close the database connection for each request. Why this does not happen?
how can I fix this mistake?
