Mobile chat icon always zero

Hi, the chat works in PC but on a mobile device the chat button shows always a red icon with the number zero and when i click on it does nothing.
I tried with other users logged in.

You have included the freichat code two times in your template which is causing this problem (conflict due to duplicate code )

You can see it for yourself , go to your website and check your website source and search for the word "main.php" (main.php is a file used by freichat) .
