Hello,

I have installed Freichat & it is working fine on local machine where the it is installed. however it is not working from on other machines which are in same network. I am able to access the pages where the code is embedded but it does not show the chat. Same page is working with chat fine on local machine.

Thanks in advance.

when you install it you need to decide which domain/ip you are going to use. if you install it using localhost, only the local computer will have access to it.
for testing purpose, it is better you install using a domain or an IP which can be accessed by all computers.

Thanks for the quick response. I have done re-installation with the actual ip address of the machine however now it is not working on that machine as well.

Thanks in advance.

Its is working now.. i did installation of freichat from other machine on that local server with right hostname. thanks a lot
