Hey, i've installed latest freichat for joomla 3.x
I also enabled the module for it, but it won't load.

Did you rename the folder freichat ?

If you have please change it back to freichat .

Yeah i renamed it and changed it back to freichat.
Now the chat is sometimes shown, but not as it should.

And when it appers, only "Getting list of online users ....." is standing there.

Please try installing FreiChat v8.7.1 and before testing delete your browser cache .

I just installed that version but i still got the same problems like on 8.7.2

I guess i got the bug now.

Disable FreiChat for guests = Yes &
Who should be on the online users list = everyone

then the chat won't load. But when the chat should only show registered user, it works, but only for Firefox.
On IE 10 or chrome it won't load or show up ...

We tested your combination again in our localhost but we did not find any problems .

Can you keep the configuration which causes the problem , and then do the following .

Open developer tools in chrome (f12) , click on network tab -> click on any of requests made by freichat
Then click on the response tab for that request , tell us what you get in the response .

Well, really hard to test, because it works only sometimes.
Today after about 15 logins the chat appeard.

I guess you are still using the old version as we can see the same error which we had fixed in FreiChat V8.7.2

Anyway , before making any changes , you can try this .

Go to freichat/server/freichat.php

Around line 402 , replace the entire function lim_top() with below :

I've one last question. Is it possible, to run freichat and full ajax at same time? If full ajax is on, freichat doesn't load. Remove jquery conflicts does not change that.
