i had install the Freichat on my site with joomla 2.5.9. The installation was succeful. now, on my site i cant see the user in the chatfenster and the rroms insnt ready

Please check if there are any errors in your browser console .

in my browser isn´t any errors visible

I had new installed this Komponente and at hre moment is 3 user online in rhe websire but in the chat is standing 0users online

The component is not real time . Try loading your website with two different browsers and check if you can see each other .

I have the same issue .
I did install freichat and the joomla-module .
After activating it did work .
This morning i get the message as in the topic and no user is showed ... no chatroom available .
I did login with 2 users with 2 browsers . The list is empty and the message keeps showing ..

Try the following steps :

1. Press f12(to open developer tools) in chrome once you are in your website
2. Go to network tab .
3. You should see some requests being made to freichat.php , click on any one of them
4. Please post any errors you get there .
