change the name of the guest is possible?

$this->permanent_name = $this->frei_trans['g_prefix'] . base_convert($this->permanent_id, 6, 36);

The guest name has two parts "guest_"+"random number" . The "guest_" can be changed in the language file in freichat/lang folder . And the random number that is appended can be changed in the file freichat/arg.php on line no. 122 <code> $this->permanent_name = $this->frei_trans['g_prefix'] . base_convert($this->permanent_id, 6, 36); </code> Now here , $this->frei_trans['g_prefix'] is nothing but the string "guest_" and base_convert($this->permanent_id, 6, 36) generates the random number .
