They are two things that would be very nice.
A Chatroomnotification. A Sound or the change of color from the Marker on the side into yellow like that of the privatechat would be very nice.

An other thing would be if the chatroom only close on click and not while you do other stuff. especially while you are chatting in chatroom and in a private chat at the same time its a little bit annoying when the chatroom closes by itself.

Hope you have a good sollution for the both points or a hack or smt else

The Avatars of the Freichatx Userlist don´t work. It seems so that Freichat has problems to Fetch the Avatars from my Jomsocial 2.6

did you select Jomsocial integration while installing?

what do you see instead of the avatars? do you get any 404 errors in the chrome console, if any please report those.

yes i installed it for jomsocial. It recognizes the correct nicknames. But it seems not to find the avatars and if you click on the names you can´t get on theire profile. I thougt it would be a new feature.
And yes i get a 404 in the console
I can only try to install it again and choose jomsocial but i did all correct last time.

I asked you to report the errors. just copy paste the whatever errors you see in chrome console here.
This will help us to pin point the problem.

I have found the answer. The Problem is that Freichat uses links like that to find the pictures:

but it should be

without the index.php in the link. So how can i tell FreichatX to use the 2nd way?

You can change the url in

freichat/server/drivers/JSocial.php

There is a function linkprofile_url , where you will have to remove the word index.php.

i made the changes like you can see here:

sry but this measure didn´t worked. I deleted the cache of the browser and from joomla and refreshed all but no reaction.

Okay the Problem has now solved from itself. Fortunately youre advice has worked. Maybe Freichat has his own cache?

forget what i said. Its not that easy. It only worked on my frontpage. But all the other pages the avatars don´t work. So i have no clue why it is so.

okay i know the reason now. The Problem is that on the frontpage the domain is www.cyspace.eu
So the Avatars work.
But on all the other Sites you have every time www.cyspace.eu/index.php/...

okay i think i have found a real sollution. I activated mod_rewrite of Joomla and now there is no index.php in the links
