Can some one help figure out this problem,
have just installed FreiChatX 6.3.2 and the Instant Messaging
and chat room show up but when I log into my site the Instant Messaging
shows no users online.
The Chat room shows my full name but would like it to show user names
only.

Just having one of those days.
The Instant Messaging box does work (Just have to have other users online to see them lol).
But would still like to know if you can change the chat room to stop showing full names,
I would like at to show user names only.

If you want to change the username then you should adjust the arg.php the database data. The code you need to change can be found in chat frei / arg.php from line 182

/ * If you are Using database table to store user details * /
user $ table = 'users', / / specifies the name of the table in your All which user information is stored.
$ row_username = 'usrname', / / specifies the name of the field in All which the user's name / display name is stored.
$ row_userid = 'id', / / specifies the name of the field in All which the user's ID is stored (Usually id or userid)

If you have no first name field, then you will need to create this in your user database.
