We do have a update file for all database changes for every release.

From my understading, @VRSHC wants:

  • Download new release soruce
  • Upload the new soruce to web hosting and overwrite files
  • Run the upgrade.php to update the database

I used to use datalife engine and do a similar steps.

upgrade procedure:

  1. Login to the backend
  2. click on upgrade.
  3. click on start
  4. wait.....
  5. wait...
  6. Done
