Request Not Working!

I install Freichat after installation there is 3 onlie user but freichat showing me 0 user online & message like Request Not Working!
plesae help me...

"Request not working" is the worst thing that can happen, it means the client is sending invalid requests to the server.
are you using any js compression plugins or any other which interfere with the code.

arg.php is writable

config.dat is writable

engine/settings.php is not readable

is the path to your engine/settings.php file correct?

make sure the path to engine/settings.php which is located where you have installed 'elgg' is correct.
just enter the correct path in the textbox provided.
