smiles can't open

here smiles windows can open if no messages was sent, but after sent messages, can't open any more

problem is on pc and mobile, IE, Chrome ,..

We tested it again in our localhost but we are not able to reproduce your problem.

Can you provide us with your website url and two test accounts ?
