1. question .. i use your forum for customer support .. i want not that user can register ..or he can register and i (the admin) can accept him or not .. dont like when not customer register and post or view tropics from him ..

the other way was.. add a plugin for allow private or password categorys (thats was nice) ..

1. can i config the full forum only display for user ?
   (i have test it, and i can "guest" all view .. thats not so nice for a support forum"

2. i have read the forum here .. and find the "remove powered by" tropic .. you have really make a wonderfull job.. to build this and only one it i dont like the link to other site and you have say ..the link can be remove.. where can i found this ? (i want more than one a forum for my customer - now i want use this and in the other all is your backlink )

4.personallity question.. why do not sell this nice forum ? why only free ? what is the year who you begin to work on the forum here ?

1. i have translate my one in german .. in other tropic here have you say when i dublicate the file and rename to de_DE and make in the folder ..in backend can i make the language to german .. this have not run .. i am use now en_US .. the other way not run =/

We will be most probably adding it in the next version.

We are working on private categories right now.
We are trying to build a powerful permission system based on user groups/roles.

The powered by link is preset in sites/default/themes/default/templates/layout.tpl

Most of the features present in Codoforum now can be found in other free forum software.
So, we did not feel like taking money for something which is already available.
But, we might add some unique features in the future.
Codoforum was released around 6 months back but is being developed since a year now.

As for your wishlist, it matches our todo list.

It is already available as a plugin.

Hi, I also have a question:

1. How to embed videos from youtube, vimeo etc..?

In codoforum v.2.2 release notes there's info that it just requires copy/pasting the url in the editor textarea, but it's not working for me... (I have codoforum v.2.6).

Yeah, we have removed this feature temporarily.

We are rewriting the embed feature for better performance, more features and extensibility.
It will be available again in the future versions.
