you can use BBCode as well as markdown.

can we do something in code that when we paste picture link ( which ends with .png, .jpg, .gif) then picture appears, I mean we don't put BB Code of img, this is possible in smf by some change in some source file

BBCode is just kept for backward compatibility so that old forum users get used to the new markdown syntax which is cleaner and faster to parse.

and you don't need a button, in the next version, the image will appear as soon as you paste an image link smile

Yes this can be best thing that picture come as u paste picture link, but also see there are some picture that not ends with regular picture extension

we will not check the extension but the header returned by the server. so if the header is of type image/* then we will add it as an image.

When u do these things about image also think about resize of picture according to screen, as If someone open forum in pc or mobile, then picture also have to resize according to screen size

try loading the forum from a mobile device, you will see that it already does that. the whole forum is responsive.

The bbcodes are not parsed while importing .

Please wait for the next version, as we have already added the bbcode parser to the importer which will be avilable in V2.2
