Hi. It would be very usefull allow admin to set, on the chat settings, set acl rule according to joomla user group (registered, author....) allowing some chat feature as sending files.....

I guess you want to say that ,

You want some features (file sending) to be available only for registered users
else they should be disabled.
Am i right ?

Your suggestion is good .But
That wont be easy , because FreiChatX is not only made for Joomla but other
CMS too .

So i would like you to wait till the FreiChatX 5 branch becomes stable.

I will then try to implement your feature .
