i got the Problems that i cant see the Chat-Rooms and Loged in Users.

I got a Payed Hoster for my site but maybe they got ADs too.

Can you tell me if its the same problem?

No, there seems to be some server problem , possibility of a PHP error .

Can you check your server error logs ?

I checked the Server Error Logs and there some Problems whit the default Templates - i reinstall Joomla and Freichat but the problem is the same as bevore....

Can you post the errors here ?

Also, please try this , open freichat admin -> Additional . Enable PHP debug .

Now , check the file freichat/freixlog.log for any errors , and post them here .

Is this the PHP error log of your server ? Isn't there any error for the file freichat/server/freichat.php ?

Can you provide us with your FTP details[via mail] ? , we can then pin point the error .
