My website uses bootstrap 3, and the freichat plugin clashes with it and all the css has become messed . Any support will be appreciated.

We found that only one css property is clashing with bootstrap .

Add the following lines to freichat/client/themes/basic/styles.css

#freichat div {
box-sizing: content-box !important;
}

There is still some problems in the chatroom, the textbox area, i cant get my cursor for typing.
And the show hide chatroom options are also not positioned correctly

The code fix was for the private chat .

Add the following code in the same file to fix the chatroom

.chatroommessagearea {  

  line-height: 12px;
}  

.frei_chatroom_options {  

  box-sizing: border-box;
}  

.frei_chatroom * {  

  box-sizing: content-box;
}
