How to get online status of particular user

I have installed freichat in custom environment (OSCLASS). everything works perfect.

But i am struggling to find out the function to retrieve status of the given UserID.

Lets say i have a user which UserID = 1 and i want to retrieve online status of this user.

There is no separate function that retrieves only the user status .

What you can do is, make a ajax request , and get the user's status from frei_session table .
