How do I have a icon or something next to all Hi-Rank people on my forum?

How to I have a Icon next to Admin, Mods, Etc? Like say A user is on, He / She will not have a icon but a Admin will. I want to do this because There would be proof he is not admin he can't just have Admin in his name.

Maybe you can upload or edit an icon for them?

We have given a CSS class specific to user role
So you can define an icon with that.

We are thinking of providing an option in the backend but we are not clear about how flexible should it be made.
