Do You get any error messages?

Whats your hosting/server data setup? PHP Version etc.?

Do You have PDO?

Are you on a https:// domain?

Also try to look at the browser developer console for any error messages please.

Kind regards, Andy smile

I did not see any error messages.

PHP version 7.4.8

PDO is enabled.

My domain uses https. The certificate is provided by cloudflare.

UPDATE: Error in developer console:
Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at example.com/install/index.php?u=/index.php&step=3. (Reason: CORS header ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ missing).

Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at example.com/install/index.php?u=/index.php&step=3. (Reason: CORS request did not succeed).

Please help me! How can I fix this?

Not to be rude or anything. But, if you see that codoforum installs for other people hostings, maybe ask ur hosting provider. They can fix things like that in a second.

If its a paid hosting, they can adjust anything for you.

Hi @AlaisterLeung ,

Can you try this:

Open developer tools (f12 in chrome) -> click network tab.

Now when you click the install button, you should see a request in network tab. Click that request and check its response.
Do you see any errors there?

Necessity is the mother of all inventions!

I successfully installed Codoforum by installing it on localhost and then moving the files and database to my server. Also, I fixed the mixed content issue with .htaccess rules.

Thanks for helping.
