Does anyone know how to merge two user accounts into one?

As far as I know its not possible.

I think you would have to work extremely hard on the SQL tables and sorting them out and reallocating them and that would be a huge effort.

what are you trying to do tho?

@SafeRackMichael wants to connect two user accounts into one. So all data and topics from two accounts should now only be combined into one.

I think this is only possible if you work directly on the database.

What do you think?

I get what he's talking about. But, why? What name is it going to be when posting topic or comment?

Or he wants to change name on original posted topics or comments ? Than that's easy.

Just trying to figure out a reason to do such thing.

Sometimes people have the strangest wishes and situations to handle

I mean there is gotta be a reason. If he wants 2 people to post from same account why not share a password? If posted allot already and need a name change on existing topics, just save MySQL dump and open using notepad++, than find and replace with desired name and upload it back.

Sometimes little more details does help.
