Is it possible to make it so when someone does not have the "View all topics" permission to still show the sticky topics in that certain category? Did anyone maybe do this before or do they know if and where I need to edit code regarding this?

Thats not easy done at the moment or better said - such a option is not integrated so far.

A trick would be to create a new forum category (named sticky posts) and You put all sticky posts inside that category

Or You write a extra mass mail with the content of sticky posts, but thats even more work as creating a new category.

Maybe the CF developers will upgrade the rolle permission system in the future to have a extra option to read to sticky posts, but for now only the trick will do it.
