We found the problem, there is one closing div missing in the theme zip you provided on line no. 179
We have emailed you the file, you can just replace it. Also, it is recommended that while creating a new theme you create it from 2k18 as the base, the reason being codoforum automatically inherits the templates from base theme if they are not present. If you see the 2k18 folder, you won't find a single template file.
This is really helpful, if we fix any bugs or change any layout in the default theme you don't have to touch your custom theme every time.
We had fixed this bug which will be part of v4.8, but this being something minor, it slipped my mind.
