I just purchased the upgrade to Corporate from Free. I'm not sure what I need to adjust to allow my SMF forum's visitors to use Freichat on their mobile phone or tablet. The current workaround is to show the website on the mobile device in desktop mode. I'm sure there is something I need to add to get access to the mobile chat feature in the paid version.

you should copy paste the freichat code in your mobile template as well.
That will do the trick.

Let us know if you use any mod or theme for the mobile version of your SMF website.

Here is what it looks like for the chat option when accessing via my cell phone as a mobile webpage. The 'Chat' doesn't open when I press it.

Is there a resolution for this?

I'm using an Android (Samsung Galaxy Note 2) using Chrome. I haven't tried other mobile devices. Just want to be clear that the issue is only when viewing the webpage in non-desktop mode (chat loads normal when I 'Request desktop site')

You have restricted the chat access to registered users .

Can you provide us with a test account or confirm the account created named 'adesh' ?

I created 2 test accounts yesterday and just accepted your new registration.

User: test1
Pass: baseball1

User: test2
Pass: baseball2

You have loaded freichat two times .

If you see your website source, and search for the word 'freichat', you will observe that the same lines are being repeated twice .

Because of this conflict, the events are not being fired.

Can you try reinstalling freichat mod for SMF ?

I see what you're talking about after view the website source code for the forum.

I originally installed the free version then decided to buy the Corporate upgrade thus why it was loaded twice.

I just tried completely deleting the 'freichat' folder from my forum's folder structure along with the SMF integration mod. Then tried doing a fresh install but with no luck.

Any thoughts?

I guess the code has been written twice in the file and is not being removed on uninstall .
