I just installed codologic forum script and I have a problem with my sticky topics they don't stay at the top.
Is there someone who can help me out with that?

Probably you have not set it to sticky for both category and main page ?
Because there are three options you get to check/uncheck when you create/edit a topic.

Another thing to check is if you can see the sticky label at the top right of the topic even though if it is not appearing first
