when installing, I get the following error:

and can't figure out what is wrong.

(no specified port)
(username was entered here)
(password was entered here)
(database was entered here)
(no table prefix)
integrated with custom
(freiChat passsword was entered here)

this is on a windows 2012 server with IIS 8.5 machine using php 5.3.28

mysql is latest.

using the Basic ($35) version (11.0). (CL-KO1509550687_11-0_freichat_chatroom) (bought yesterday)

this is on the "freichat smart custom installation - step 1" page

and the installation/info page has
